1 can tuna in olive oil (140 g / 4.94 oz), drained
Chives, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tomatoes, sliced
Cheese, for topping

2 cans tuna, drained
2 eggs, beaten
Small piece fresh ginger, grated
Chives, chopped
Handful of parsley, chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt (if tuna is unsalted)
Black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp chili powder

2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp hot sauce

- Prepare the Egg Mixture
