  • Baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes (washed and cut into bite-size pieces)

Directions

  • Prep the Potatoes
    Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly. Cut larger ones into bite-size pieces and halve very small potatoes. Dry them completely so they crisp well in the oven.
  • Coat with Seasonings
    Place potatoes in a mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil over them and toss until coated. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well so every piece is evenly seasoned.
