Ingredients

  • Chocolate sandwich cookies (cream removed)

  • Chocolate chips – 50 grams

  • Milk – approximately 120 milliliters

  • Ice cubes – about 10

  • Whipping cream – 100 milliliters

Directions

  • Prepare the cookies
Remove the white cream filling from the chocolate sandwich cookies and set it aside to eat later if you like. Place the cookie shells into a zip-top bag and crush them by hitting or pressing until they break into small pieces. They do not need to be finely crushed.
  • Melt the chocolate chips
Measure out about 50 grams of chocolate chips. Melt them in the microwave using short intervals—two rounds of 30 seconds and a final 10 seconds—to avoid burning the chocolate. Stir until melted, even if a few soft pieces remain.
  • Measure and add the milk
Pour milk into a measuring cup or glass, using visual markings if available. The amount used is approximately 120 milliliters.
  • Assemble the frappuccino base
Add the milk to the blender, then add three spoonfuls of the crushed cookie pieces. Add the melted chocolate and about 10 ice cubes.
  • Blend the drink
Blend everything until smooth. The texture should be thick and cold. If you prefer a thicker, more frozen consistency, you can add a little more ice and blend again.
  • Prepare the whipped cream
Pour 100 milliliters of classic whipping cream into a container or bowl. Whip it until it reaches a thick, spoonable consistency. This can be done by hand or with a mixer.
  • Finish and serve
Pour the blended cookies and cream frappuccino into a glass. Top generously with the whipped cream. The drink is now ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • If you prefer a thicker, more ice-forward frappuccino texture, blend in a few extra ice cubes at the end until it reaches your desired consistency.
