  • 1 package cream cheese (reduced fat optional)

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 cup vanilla bean Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup pecan halves

  • 1½ – 2 pounds red grapes

  • ~4 cups chopped apples (Honeycrisp used; skins optional)

Directions

  • Prepare the Creamy Base
    Add one package of cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Pour in ¼ cup of honey and blend the two together using a hand mixer until smooth. You may use reduced-fat cream cheese if preferred, and sweeteners such as sugar or real maple syrup can be substituted according to your taste.
  • Add Greek Yogurt
    Measure one cup of vanilla bean Greek yogurt and add it to the cream cheese mixture. Blend again until the mixture becomes completely smooth and well combined.
  • Add Nuts for Crunch
    Add one cup of pecan halves to the bowl and stir to incorporate. Walnuts or sliced almonds may be substituted, or nuts can be omitted if needed.
  • Prep the Grapes
