Pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream into the bowl with the cream cheese. Add ⅓ cup of powdered sugar and 1½ teaspoons of vanilla. Mix again until the mixture becomes thick and soft peaks form. - Incorporate Strawberry Jello Powder
